EstatePlan.now helps you compare estate planning firms, understand published prices where available, and see how each firm lets you begin — before you share anything personal.
What we do.
Estate planning often starts as a sentence in someone’s head: “We should do this.” The hard part is usually the next step — who can help, what it might cost, and how to begin.
We bring the details people compare into one consistent view: where a firm is, the estate planning services it lists, a published price with its scope when the firm publishes one, and the firm’s actual first step. You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your information.
What the labels mean.
Buttons and labels describe what actually happens next. They never imply a rating.

| View intake forms | Opens the firm’s downloadable client intake forms. Forms are not submitted through EstatePlan.now. |
| Contact firm | Opens the firm’s contact page. We never call a contact or scheduling page “online intake”. |
| Schedule a consultation | Opens the firm’s own booking page, where appointment times were shown when we checked. Booking a time is not the same as hiring the firm. |
| Start intake on firm site | Opens the firm’s own online intake form. Submitting it does not by itself make you a client. |
| Visit firm website | We haven’t recorded a specific first step for this firm, so the button opens its website. |
| View firm profile | Stays on EstatePlan.now: services, pricing in context, how to begin and the source for each fact. |

How listings are researched.
Every fact on a listing comes from the firm’s own website. Listings come from two kinds of review:
- Firm-by-firm checks. A researcher reads the firm’s pages and records each fact with the page it appears on and a short excerpt; a second, independent pass re-opens every page and checks each claim.
- A structured website review (September 2026). The same questions are asked of every firm’s website — is there a consultation invitation, a published estate-plan price, online booking, planning questions you can start yourself — and each answer is recorded as found, not found in the pages checked, or couldn’t be checked, with its source page.
Before a listing is published, we confirm its website and first-step link still load, and re-check every published price at its source. For each fact we record the page it appears on, the date we observed it and the date we last checked it. You can see that record on every firm profile.
- A price appears only with its amount, what it covers and its source.
- A first-step button appears only for a route we’ve seen on the firm’s site; otherwise the button simply opens the firm’s website.
- “Not found” means not found in the pages checked — never that a firm doesn’t offer something.
- We don’t show ratings, review stars or “verified” badges.
- We show a firm’s photos only with the firm’s permission. A photo on a firm’s website is not permission to reuse it here.
- Office location is not the same as licensing, so we don’t make licensing claims.
Firm websites change. When our record and the firm’s site differ, the firm’s site is the current source.
Order and sponsorship.
Firms are listed alphabetically. We don’t compute a “best match” score or rank legal quality. Filters such as “Published pricing” and “Online first step” describe how a firm works — they are not endorsements.
Firms can pay to sponsor their listing. A sponsored firm appears above the alphabetical list in its state, always with a Sponsored label; if several firms in a state sponsor, they’re listed alphabetically among themselves. Sponsorship buys placement and nothing else: a sponsored firm’s price, first step and services still come from its own website with their source, and no firm can pay for a rating, a badge or a “best match” spot.
