EstatePlan.now is not a law firm. Legal services are provided by the firm you choose. Sponsored placements are labeled.

• EstatePlan.now does not give legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney–client relationship.
• Firm information comes from each firm’s own website and is shown with its source and the date it was checked. Firms change their pages; the firm’s website and the firm itself are the current source.
• A published price is not a quote. Confirm scope, eligibility, fees and total cost directly with the firm.
• When you follow a firm’s next-step button, you leave EstatePlan.now. The firm’s own terms and privacy practices apply there. Review them before sharing personal information.
• Listings are informational and are not a recommendation or endorsement of any firm. They are ordered alphabetically, except that firms that pay for sponsorship are listed first under a Sponsored label.

These terms apply when a firm buys a sponsored listing through sponsor checkout.

• What sponsorship is. Paid advertising for the firm chosen at checkout. While it is active, the firm is listed above the alphabetical listings on its state’s results page (alphabetically among any other sponsors), its card and profile carry a Sponsored label, and updates it sends us are handled first.
• What it doesn’t change. Sponsorship doesn’t buy a rating, an endorsement, a “best match” position or any change to the facts shown. Every listing, sponsored or not, is held to the same standard: information comes from the firm’s own website, with its source.
• Who can buy. You must be authorized to buy advertising for the firm. If the email address used at checkout isn’t at the firm’s website domain, we confirm with the firm before the sponsorship goes live. If we can’t confirm it, we cancel the sponsorship and refund the payment in full.
• Monthly plan. $89 a month, billed every month from the day you buy until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; the sponsorship stays active until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and partial months aren’t refunded. We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the monthly price.
• Prepaid offers. A prepaid offer is one payment for a sponsorship that runs from the day it goes live through an end date shown on the offer and at checkout. It doesn’t renew and is never charged again.
• Ending a sponsorship. We may end a sponsorship if the firm asks us to remove its listing, the firm no longer offers estate planning, or the sponsorship breaks these terms or the law. If we end it for any reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part.
• Advertising rules. The firm is responsible for complying with the lawyer advertising rules that apply to it, including any filing or record-keeping its state requires.
• Payment. Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. Questions or billing requests: sales@estateplan.now.

• There are no accounts, sign-ups or contact forms for people looking for an attorney, and we don’t ask for your personal information. The search form only chooses which page to show.
• The one form that collects personal information is sponsor checkout, for law firms buying a sponsored listing. It asks for the buyer’s name and work email and the firm they’re buying for. We use them to run the sponsorship and contact the buyer about it. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and processed by Stripe; EstatePlan.now never receives card numbers. Stripe keeps a record of the purchase, including the name and email, under its own privacy policy.
• The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not run third-party trackers. Stripe’s checkout page, on Stripe’s own domain, uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
• Your search choices (state and service) are part of the page address. Like any page request, our hosting provider receives the address, your IP address and browser type, and may keep them in standard request logs. We don’t link them to an account or profile.
• Our hosting provider processes that technical request data to deliver and protect the site.
• Firm websites you visit from here have their own privacy practices.
